McKinnish Law Group, PLLC is pleased to announce that founding partner, Benjamin S. Burton, has been selected to serve as an administrative law judge with the Social Security Administration. He will serve at the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR) in St Louis, Missouri.
Burton worked for the Social Security Administration prior to entering private practice and is one of only 61 Board Certified Social Security Trial Specialists nationwide.
The only attorney to be named as an Administrative Law Judge from Knoxville during the latest selection round, Burton said he is honored by this prestigious appointment.
“Social Security disability has always been a passionate subject for me,” Burton said. “I look forward to being a part of the process from the judicial perspective.”
